Refund Policies

Onboarding Course (RS450) Fee Refund Policy

The onboarding course fee is 100% refundable for five days. After this period, anything paid over $200 is refundable for the course duration (8 weeks) or submission of the course paper. The application fee is non-refundable.

Course Tuition and Fee Refund Policy

Students receive a 100% refund for any tuition paid for any course (mentoring) they withdraw from but haven’t started.

A student withdraws from a course or disenrolls by emailing their request to withdraw or disenroll to the associate registrar at registrar@RedemptionSeminary.org. If a student begins mentoring or course content services then the refund calculation table is applied to any tuition or fee paid for that course or course content services.

Any money due to a student is refunded within 30 days of a cancellation or disenrollment request.

Percentage of Tuition Returned for a Course that a Student Started but Disenrolled AFTER
1st week 80%
2nd week 60%
3rd week 40%
4th week 20%
5th week 0%

Cancelation, Withdrawal,
& Disenrollment Policies

Students at any time may cancel a payment, withdraw from a course, or disenroll from a program without any continuing financial obligation. The process for a student initiating cancellation, withdrawal, or disenrollment is to notify the registrar (registrar@RedemptionSeminary.org) via email. The timing of their withdrawal during a course may affect the amount of their refund (see Refund Policy). Students who defer their enrollment in a course after the course registration deadline will be charged the re-registration fee when they re-register for that course.

Students may be disenrolled involuntarily for violating the code of conduct, lack of sufficient progress, or non-academic disenrollment if the administration determines the student is unfit to continue the program for health reasons. Further information about disenrollment (such as the code of conduct) is detailed in the student handbook.

The student then worked into the fourth week of the mentored homestretch term for the course and was given a proportional refund for the tuition for that mentored term.
