Redemption Seminary’s Faithlife Group
The most important and fundamental way you can support Redemption Seminary is by being part of the community. This is the easiest way for you to stay in touch with the latest blessings and challenges for anyone in the Redemption community.
We use Faithlife.com as one of our community group platforms. It is free to join, and there are no requirements. Our hope is two-fold:
First, that you will be encouraged in your faith by the posts
Second, that this would stimulate prayer for the students and the seminary
We encourage students to post about the impact their training is having in other people’s lives and new treasures of understanding about the Bible they discover. This is also our encouragement for anyone in the community even if they aren’t enrolled in a program. We can always learn from one another and encourage one another. So we encourage you to join and let us get to know you and how the Lord is working in your life.
If you haven’t created a Faithlife account previously, you will be prompted to create one (without any obligations) when you join.
You can have a huge impact by regularly taking a moment to pray for the community. By default, you will receive a regular digest emailed to you that contains the recent activity of the group. In this way, you can create a regular habit just by taking a peek at your email and then offering a short prayer. Let us know how to pray for you as well.
After joining the group, click “activity” in the sidebar to see the most recent posts in the group. This is activity feed will be the default screen when you visit the group in the future.
Customizing What You Get in Your Email
You can adjust how and when you would like to be notified by the Faithlife group by clicking your account symbol in the uppermost right area of the Faithlife website and then choose “account settings.”
After selecting your notification preferences for the content of your email digest, be sure to click on the last link on the page to make your own choice on what promotional emails you would like to receive Faithlife.
