Non-Discrimination Policy

Employment or contract work for Redemption Seminary is open to qualified individuals who are Christians of good character, without regard or reference to race, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, age, or disability. Redemption Seminary is a religious educational ministry, permitted to discriminate on the basis of religion. All prospective and current employees must agree with Redemption Seminary’s Charter and Statement of Faith. They must be willing to conduct their lives in conformity with the school's institutional commitments, definitions and code of conduct.

Redemption Seminary has an open enrollment policy and admits students regardless of race, sex, nationality and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, nationality or ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admissions policies, financial policies, employment policies, and any other school-administered programs.

All applicants and enrolled students must agree with the school’s Charter and Statement of Faith, abiding by its Code of Conduct. This allows Redemption Seminary to maintain its Christian mission and it reserves its right to discriminate on the basis of religion to the extent that applicable law respects its right to act in furtherance of its religious objectives.
